From what age can you attend driver's courses?

The answer to this question depends on your chosen category:

- get rights categories A and A1 (mopeds, scooters, motorcycles) can be from 16 years

- category B rights (cars) only from 18 years

It is necessary to go to study in driving school only from the specified age. It does not make sense to do this earlier than 2-3 months before its onset. You will still not be admitted to the MREV exams.

What is included in the cost of training?

Clarification of the full price for training is mandatory questions while enrolling in driving school. Knowing the answer to it in advance, you will be able to avoid unpleasant surprises in the form of hidden additional payments.

Is it possible to complete express courses to refresh your driving skills?

No you can not. According to the legislation of Ukraine, accelerated driving courses have been canceled in all driving schools since 2016. But you can order a few extra driving lessons with an instructor if you want to remember and practice your skills.

Is it possible to take driving lessons there without studying at a driving school?

Yes, in almost any driving school you can agree on individual driving lessons, without attending theoretical classes.

How long does the training last?

From start classes and before admission for obtaining a driver's license can take from 2 to 3 months. This will depend on the timing of the "rollback" of the selected program of driving courses and passing internal exams in theory and practice.

Do I need to re-study at a driving school to regain lost rights?

No, it is enough to apply to the MREV and retake the exams

Do the rights obtained in driving schools of Ukraine apply abroad?

The answer is yes. After successfully passing the MREV exams, you will be issued a European-style driver's license, and you will be free to use them when traveling abroad. The only exception - when leaving for permanent residence, you will have to reassign the rights under the laws of this country.

Why do you need a driving school diploma?

After completing the training and successfully passing the internal exams, a special document is issued to the novice driver. It confirms that you have completed a full course at a driving school and are valid for 2 years. Without this document you will not be admitted to the MREV exams

What is the procedure for payment for driving school services?

Payment for tuition can be made both by non-cash payment and in cash at the time of enrollment. Payment for category "B" tuition may be made in stages, but not later than 10 days before the school exam, other categories - only with full payment for the course

Does the school have the right not to allow student to take exams in the TSC of Ukraine?

Yes - it has! Based on the results of training, the school management has the right not to allow the student to take exams in the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, in case of non-compliance with the level of knowledge, or in the presence of arrears
